This was consumed after returning home from a business trip (via a 4 hour drive). I recommend this for anyone in such a situation. It is smooth, thick, malty, a little hoppy, basically almost a meal. Take your time drinking it, as you owe it to yourself to savor it. This is the oldest active brewery in the US, and their expertise shows in their products. This beer makes up 1/2 of their black and tan, which is one of the better ones I've had, so this is worth a try. And they say Americans can't brew beer.
