When you first pour it into your glass it will appear white. Once the yeast settles you're looking at a champagne colour. This is a fine white ale, and a real oddity in the North American beer market. It has a fine, refreshing flavour with a hint of citrus. This would go well with a meal. I can vouch that it goes well with roast chicken and fresh cut vegetables. By itself it is still very good, but I like a more heavy and flavourful beer than this. If it weren't for that bias I would've rated it higher.
