Uh, now you're on crack. The Roman numeral system had NO allowance for such silliness as things like "Twenty Ten." You might have all sorts of evidence to suggest why it should be Twenty Ten in the vernacular, but in Roman numerals it would be MMX. This is Not. Even. Debatable. XX-X. What kind of craziness is that?

Yea, I guess you're right. There's no way you could make eye-holes for glasses with XX-X. Although you could look between the Xes in the year XX-XX.
