Steve: Hefe-weizen are my favorite beers. I can't say that this is the best, but over the years it became a sentimental favorite much like Killians did. It has a nice creamy texture, a sweet, malty flavor, and a nice yeasty aroma and a citrusy flavor to it, too. Often served in poseur restaurants with a lemon slice in it, but I usually go without. I learned to drink it from the bottle with my German cousins, so I got used to it that way (plus, they would've mocked me much like I mock the tools who drink Corona with lemon wedges). Plus, it has a fat monk on the label, and face it, you can't go wrong with that. While not a "light" beer, a 12 oz bottle has only 105 calories. So drink up and enjoy. I know I will!
