Steve: Extremely dark, caramely, sweet, and enough alcohol for even the biggest stud who tries to take this beer on. Tastes much like a porter, same coloration, chocolatey head, but the key to this beer is the fact that it is damn thick. Take your time enjoying this one. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys darks, but if you are experimenting, stay away until you worked your way up to it.
