Kris: Knowing plenty of Polish jokes, I never had the courage to try an actual Polish beer, fearing it would taste like water, or cola, or coffee, or anything but beer. But thanks to Michelangelo Siracki at Cracovia, I was able to try some fantastic brews. I could go through the usual boring beer review crap, how this beer has a great, fresh taste, no skunk whatsoever, no aftertaste, not too strong, yadda yadda yadda, but I'd rather ask you a question: How do you get a one-armed Polack out of a tree? Wave to him! (God I'm sorry. Even though this was a great beer, I just couldn't resist.)
