Blue Moon Belgian White

Steve: A White is the Belgian version of a German Weiss... Light and fruity, creamy, aromatic. Sweet tasting, it had a taste like lemon or orange Pledge. However, I like the smell of Pledge, not the taste of course. I recommend this to anyone who likes wheat beers.


Kris: I didn't think it tasted anything like Pledge, but then again, I don't know what Pledge tastes like. I had this at a party in Manhattan. My fiancee, who was in the Peace Corps (and am I the only one who wants to pronounce that as if the P and the S weren't silent?) for two years and met some very nice people, had a mini-reunion of sorts. We had homemade baleadas (soft tortillas with refried beans and cheese, mainly) for dinner, and this beer topped everything off quite nicely. I'd definitely recommend this. (7/9/2005)
