Steve: Holy Jesus, was this good. The best way I could describe the flavor and taste would be to compare it to those Lindt chocolate balls, the one with the chocolate mousse or truffle mix in the middle. If you've had them, you know what I'm talking about. This was almost a desert beer, probably best suited for a brandy glass, while eating a rich cheesecake or something like that. I wish I had more of this. Of the Steelhead samples that Mad River Brewing was kind enough to send me, this was by far the best. I knew there was a reason I was saving this for last. (12/18/2004)
